AIA Chattanooga Offers Scholarship to UTK Summer Design Camp for Second Year

For the second year, AIA Chattanooga is providing a scholarship to the UTK Summer Design Camp! Available to local high school students who are interested in pursuing an education in Architecture, the camp will give students “a glimpse into design education at UTK”.

AIA Chattanooga has adopted the goal of increasing diversity and equity in the profession. To that end, we are actively seeking opportunities to connect area students with the work of architects, to educational opportunities in the field of architecture, and funding for those opportunities. AIA Chattanooga hopes to foster and develop diverse local talent for careers in architecture, and by maintaining these relationships through the various stages of architectural education, we hope that local talent will return to Chattanooga after graduation.
