1. Enhance the value of AIA Membership by providing meaningful opportunities for learning, leadership, growth and collaboration
2. Strengthen the profession by increasing black and brown participation 3. Enhance the role and stature of the organization and become a trusted resource for issues concerning the built environment
4. Improve and influence impact on regional building practices and policy to achieve environmental sustainability
5. Cultivate an appreciation and understanding of design within our local community
6. Increase annual income to expand programming and outreach activities
